		Name : Zoe Hale Role : Area Development Officer South Northants & Daventry How you got to MV : I was an MV myself and enjoyed it so much I didn’t want to stop ! So when a job came up with MV I couldn't believe my luck and went for the interview - the rest is history.

Best experience : Being a mum and having baby Ritchie arrive in February 2007. Best part of job : The best part of the job is joining in with the young people on projects and having lots of fun! Worst part of job : The worst part is that to find young people to have fun with I have to do school assemblies - YUK!
