NVYA Staff - Christine Morgan

		Name : Christine Morgan Role : Programme Manager How you got to MV: I came to MV in December 1999 as a member of the original team. It was a fantastic opportunity and a huge privilege to be able to work with very enthusiastic young people in shaping Youth Volunteering in Northamptonshire and I remember the first few months as an absolute whirlwind of fun and hard work – living up to the expectations of the Youth Steering Group – whom I remember as being very bossy! (smiley face).

Best experience : Getting a very special Award at the final MV of the Year Award Ceremony in March 07. I am an MV Legend! Best part of job : Working with all the brilliant people I get to meet every day, young people, the amazingly brilliant staff team and all our partners across the County. Worst part of job : Writing reports.
